How Do you Define your Marriage?

Updated: Mar 6

The definition of marriage (according to google): the legally or formally recognized union of two people as partners in a personal relationship.

The definition of marriage (according to me a 27 year old female) is an emotional twister filled with winds of anger, fear, tears, frustration, aggravation, laughter, excitement, satisfaction, desire, affection, and happiness.

Question (I ask this everyday to myself): How in the hell are young married people supposed to manage all those emotions in a young marriage and survive? We are hormonal and still learning personal development!

Answer (I also answer my own question .. depending on the day):
  • On a bad 😡 day: “WE DONT. move on. Find new love, have new sex make new choices…….darm new choices? New choices = new headaches, new anger, new frustrations. Damnit that won’t work.“

  • On a good 😊 day: “darn it I love him I’ll deal with all this shit as it comes with him and these emotions. But damnit am I being a pushover? Should I stand my ground? Should I reconsider and fight this battle?”

To sum it up… there is no right answer. You are dammed if you do and you're damned if you don’t. It’s a choice we all have to make. And if for whatever reason I still have your attention in this boring post …. remember, the cycle of love, headache, and the twister filled with emotions will follow you in every relationship. ❤️No relationship is perfect. ❤️
